Refund Policy
If you purchase a printed pattern from www.MakeThemYourself.com and decide once you receive it that you would like to return it, you may for a full-refund, minus shipping, if:
- The pattern is uncut,
- The pattern, instructions, cover sheet, and poly bag are undamaged, and
- You pay shipping back.
If you purchase a print or electronic pattern and change your mind before the pattern is shipped, notify me at once and I will refund your entire payment.
Refund Policy on E-Products
Due to the nature of an electronic product, once it is emailed to you there is no way for me to ensure I am getting back the only copy of the file. Therefore, I do not offer refunds on E-Products that have already been emailed out . . . whether they are tiled files or not.
I do recommend you read the Notes on Tiled Products page prior to ordering a tiled product.
